We’ll look at what you already have in place, talk through realistic costs, timings and priorities, and give you a clearer structure to work from.
You’ll also have a follow-up call once you’ve had time to go through everything, so you can check anything you’re unsure about before carrying on with the planning.

We can source and help secure up to 5 supplier categories, check availability and pricing, compare suitable options and help you get everything booked.
You still make the decisions. We do the supplier legwork.

We pick up what you’ve already planned, fill in what’s missing and manage the suppliers, budget, timeline and logistics from there.

We plan everything with you, then your lead planner is there on the wedding day to oversee the bigger picture and work alongside the coordinators booked for your event.
