HM Weddings Consultancy offers different levels of planning support, from a one-off Wedding Planning Consultation and supplier sourcing support through to Full Planning and Wedding Day Lead.

Venue sourcing, celebrant services and venue layout & styling advice are also available, either alongside your planning service or separately.

Not necessarily. A lot of the planning can be handled remotely, including meetings, supplier communication and timelines.

If you do visit beforehand, we can use that time for venue visits, supplier meetings or going through the plans in person, depending on what support you’ve booked.

Yes, where this is part of the service you book and where the local process allows us to assist.

Requirements vary by destination, so we’ll confirm what applies to your wedding before advising on documents, translations or local procedures.

A civil ceremony is legally binding and must follow the legal requirements of the country where it takes place.

A symbolic ceremony has no legal status, which gives you much more freedom over the wording, structure and location. Many couples complete the legal part separately and then have a symbolic ceremony that feels more personal to them.

Yes. We work with all couples.

Legal marriage requirements vary by destination, so where relevant we’ll help you understand what applies locally and what ceremony options are available.

Ideally, around 9–12 months ahead gives you a good choice of venues, suppliers and dates.

That said, shorter timelines can absolutely work too. If your wedding is closer, we can look at what’s already in place, what still needs doing and what’s realistic within the time you have.

Absolutely. Supplier sourcing is part of our Planning Support and Full Planning services.

We can research suitable options, check availability and pricing, help you compare them and assist with securing the suppliers you choose.

We don’t add a mark-up to supplier quotes - what they quote is what you see.

Our services start at €350 for a Wedding Planning Consultation, with Planning Support from €1,250, Full Planning from €2,500 and Full Planning + Wedding Day Lead from €3,250.

The final fee depends on how much support you need, the size and complexity of the wedding, and the destination.

Yes. Welcome dinners, rehearsal meals, farewell brunches and other wedding-related events can be added to your planning service.

Because these can vary a lot in size and complexity, they’re quoted separately once we know what you have in mind.

Yes. Our consultancy and planning services can support weddings in Greece and internationally.  

For weddings requiring us to travel, we’ll confirm any destination-specific requirements and travel costs before you book.

Yes. You can start with the level of support that suits you now and move to a higher level later if you need more help.  

Planning fees already paid can normally be credited towards the upgraded service, subject to availability and the scope of your wedding.
