Not necessarily. Many of our couples plan remotely from abroad while we take care of all logistics, supplier coordination and communication. If you’d like to visit beforehand, we can arrange venue viewings and supplier meetings to give you peace of mind. 

Yes — we guide you through the required paperwork and translations for a civil or legal marriage in Rhodes. Whether you choose a legally binding civil ceremony or a symbolic celebration, we manage the process so you can focus purely on the moment. 

A civil ceremony is legally binding under Greek law, performed by a local government official at approved venues in Rhodes. A symbolic ceremony is non-legal, meaning the legal paperwork is completed elsewhere but the celebration is fully styled and managed here. Both types can be designed with equal beauty and intention.

For the best choice of venues, suppliers and dates, we recommend starting 9 to 12 months in advance. That said, we are also experienced in planning shorter-lead weddings if your timeframe is tighter. 

Absolutely. We have a carefully selected and trusted network of photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, decorators, beauty stylists and more. You’re free to choose individual services, or let us manage the full planning so that each vendor works seamlessly together. 

Our planning and coordination fees start at €700, and each quote is personalised to your wedding size, complexity and level of service. We don’t believe in fixed or cookie-cutter packages — every event is tailored to you. 

Yes — we can support welcome dinners, post-wedding brunches, rehearsal evenings and any other gatherings you’d like. These extras help make your destination wedding even more memorable for you and your guests.
